Usually you only see a dress this ugly shown on a runway. This one appear to be the real thing.

I hope that wasn't a bridesmaid dress. I have convinced myself that the woman in that dress is just some strange aunt or something.

Perhaps the bride let her pick out her own dress and suggested something about "make it a little slinky".
